Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the administration of contracts for various projects. As a Strategic Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract management, including pre-award activities, post-award activities, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage pre-award activities, including bid invitation preparation, bidder queries, and evaluation of bids.
  • Administer post-award activities, including conducting kick-off meetings, coordinating contract submittals, and processing variation orders.
  • Draft Invitation to Tender packages for large oil and gas facilities projects.
  • Review and propose comments on client contract conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is properly produced and maintained.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Chartered status (MRICS) or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Relevant post-graduation experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Contractual Terms & Conditions and Commercial Contract Law.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and contract administration processes and principles.
