This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Professional to lead the Warehouse Operations team in Kuwait.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and results-driven individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring seamless storage, inventory management, and logistical support. As the Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for directing a team of warehouse personnel and overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and shipping of goods.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control. They will also have a strong understanding of Army regulations, including AR 710-2 and AR 735-5.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently, think critically, and make informed decisions under pressure. They will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with GCSS-Army and MILSTRIP.
- Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
