Call Center Agent

UR COOKIES is seeking a highly motivated Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Your duties will include answering inbound calls, providing product information, and documenting customer interactions. You'll also be required to update account information in our CRM system.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:- Proven experience in a customer-facing role is highly valued.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or call center software is necessary.
- Collaboration and teamwork are vital in this role.
