Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and building strong relationships with clients.

About the Position:

  • Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and business expansion.
  • BUILD and maintain relationships with key clients, including architects, interior designers, and developers.
  • DELIVER compelling product presentations and conduct client meetings to create new sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate, close, and manage high-value sales deals while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track client communications, sales activity, and pipeline status.
  • PROVIDE mentorship and support to future sales team members as the department grows.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales within the architecture, design, or luxury interiors industry.
  • Strong network of architects, designers, and developers is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive sales with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of high-end interior and architectural products is a plus.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
