As our Community Engagement Specialist, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with local influencers, partners, and community groups. Your goal will be to create a network of supporters who share our passion for healthy living and can help us reach new audiences.

Main Responsibilities

Affiliate Program Management

  1. You'll identify and onboard affiliates who align with our brand values and goals.
  2. You'll track affiliate performance and provide regular feedback to ensure ROI.
  3. You'll maintain open communication with affiliates and celebrate their successes.

Influencer and Partnership Development

  1. You'll source local influencers and health enthusiasts who embody our healthy living ethos.
  2. You'll collaborate with influencers to design content briefs and set goals.
  3. You'll cultivate long-term relationships with influencers to ensure they remain passionate advocates for our brand.

Event Planning and Execution

  1. You'll plan and execute events such as pop-ups, tastings, and community gatherings that bring us closer to customers.
  2. You'll partner with local gyms, yoga studios, and sports clubs to host joint events that highlight healthy eating.
  3. You'll oversee event logistics to ensure seamless execution and a memorable user experience.

Strategic Partnerships

  1. You'll identify potential partners who share our vision for healthy living.
  2. You'll negotiate win-win deals that benefit both parties.
  3. You'll manage ongoing relationships with partners to explore new collaboration avenues.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  1. You'll track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as acquisition rates and event participation.
  2. You'll use insights to refine our strategy and adjust targeting or messaging as needed.
  3. You'll provide regular updates to the Marketing Lead on campaign success and areas for improvement.

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  2. 2-4 years of experience in community management, partnerships, or influencer marketing.
  3. Exceptional communication and writing skills in English.

Knowledge, Competency, and Personality

  1. Familiarity with tracking affiliate performance and influencer ROI.
  2. Sociable and proactive in dealing with brand ambassadors, community groups, and partners.
  3. Deep understanding of consumer behaviors and health trends in Kuwait.
  4. Collaborative team player who can also work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
