Open Source Community Builder

We are seeking a skilled Community Ambassador to facilitate community initiatives and support the growth of our open source ecosystem. The role will involve collaborating with developers, coordinating community processes, and ensuring efficient communication between teams.
About the Job
This position requires a technically proficient individual with experience in developer tools and open source projects. You should have a clear public record of accomplishments and be passionate about technology and working with brilliant people.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and assume full ownership of objectives. Experience with community management, developer advocacy, and software development is highly valued.
Your Day-to-Day
You will spend your days writing high-quality content to promote and support community initiatives, discussing ideas and collaborating on finding solutions to community problems, and engaging with the Ubuntu community through various channels. You will also represent Ubuntu at events and conferences, showcasing your technical expertise and passion for open source.
