We are seeking a skilled and friendly Concierge to provide personalized services to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable stay. Your ability to anticipate guest needs and make informed suggestions will set us apart from other luxury resorts.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to live and work in a beautiful mountain setting, surrounded by adventure and breathtaking scenery. As a Concierge at our luxury resort, you will be part of a dynamic team that values work-life balance, diversity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with lodge facilities, providing informative and helpful guidance
  • Personalize guest experiences by greeting them in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner
  • Maintain presence in the Club Room area as an ambassador of the property, offering exceptional service to guests
  • Address guest concerns quickly, logging and notifying proper departments
  • Perform basic bartending functions

Requirements
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, morning, and evening shifts
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications, with previous Property Management System experience preferred
