Job Summary:

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for executive guests, providing exceptional service and support throughout their stay. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet executive guests upon arrival, offering assistance and guidance throughout their stay.
  • Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, utilizing effective communication skills to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, VIP requests, and special events, enabling personalized support for our guests.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of guest requests and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on local attractions, entertainment options, and cultural experiences, enhancing the overall guest experience.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional levels of guest service, consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.
