Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Luxury Receptionist Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Executive Lounge team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our executive guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome executive guests on arrival and offer personalized support throughout their stay.
• Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, responding promptly to guest enquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Ensure all guest supplies and amenities are offered and replenished to the required standards, maintaining a high level of hospitality and guest service.
• Stay up-to-date with all hotel services, VIP requests, and special events, providing expert advice and recommendations to our guests.
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of external locations, attractions, and landmarks in the vicinity, making recommendations to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the Front Office department of a hotel or similar establishment.
• Calm, efficient, and organized with excellent communication skills.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service, consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.
