The Australian University AU's Recruitment Team is committed to attracting and retaining top talent. We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Officer to support our team in achieving this goal.
Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to the university's recruitment process. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, including tracking job postings, preparing candidate pools, and conducting phone screens and interviews.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the unit, including data entry, travel arrangements, and new employee onboarding.
- Communication and Coordination: Facilitate the flow of information within the department, handle confidential correspondence, and refer matters for comment or further action to the appropriate staff member.
- Special Projects: Undertake special projects as required by the Manager- Recruitment, including arranging new employees' orientation and preparing employment contracts.
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly developed organizational and time management skills.
