Fire Protection Specialist

This role is responsible for the comprehensive maintenance of fire protection systems and managing all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) related activities.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain operational readiness of fire protection system equipment at the site.
- Perform troubleshooting and fault finding for fire trucks and certify all types of fire protection systems and equipment.
- Manage scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspection, and performance testing of fire protection systems and devices according to manufacturer's recommendations.
- Initiate testing of installed fire equipment to ensure continuous sound working condition and report defects for repair.
- An engineering degree in Mechanical or any degree with a certification in fire systems science.
- Certification for successful completion of industrial safety courses and training records.
- Familiarity with various international standards related to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) protection.
- A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in overhauling, repairing, and maintaining firefighting system equipment, with at least five (5) years in a supervisory role for maintenance contracts in oil fields or related industries.
- At least four (4) years of administrative experience in similar contracts, with experience in using computers and software to develop reports.
