We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Strategist to oversee the financial operations and ensure the financial health of EARTH ROASTERY. This role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, controlling cash flow, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Transaction Management: Oversee company bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Monitor financial activities across multiple business units and ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements.
  2. Accounting and Reporting: Supervise the preparation of monthly Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss reports. Prepare and submit detailed financial reports to senior leadership for review and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  3. Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop financial reports to evaluate cash flow stability and forecast future financial needs. Create annual budgets and monitor financial performance to meet business objectives.
  4. Financial Control and Payroll Processing: Implement financial controls to optimize cost efficiency and profitability. Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements in coordination with HR.
  5. Inventory and Cost Control: Monitor inventory and optimize cash flow by closely managing operational costs related to products, tools, and equipment. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure cost-effective inventory practices.
  6. Expense and Petty Cash Management: Manage operational expenses and petty cash allocations to ensure efficient business operations. Review and approve departmental expense reports and track expenditures for cost-saving opportunities.
  7. Taxation and Compliance: Ensure adherence to local tax laws and financial regulations. Prepare and submit tax returns, financial statements, and regulatory reports, working closely with external auditors and authorities.
  8. Financial Analysis and Strategy Development: Analyze financial data and market trends to identify risks and opportunities. Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
