The Senior Product Manager will drive the conceptualization, development, and rollout of products. This role requires understanding both business and technology and being excited to turn big ideas into reality.

 

You will handle complex products, like launching new product lines and integrating more strategic and operational tasks alongside ongoing execution.

 

You will work closely with key stakeholders in the company to understand the market and user problems and be able to identify and implement innovative solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defines product strategy & vision for complex products or multiple products.
  • Manages a complex product or multiple products with other product managers.
  • Responsible for product discovery & delivery.
  • Defines the product personas.
  • Drives user interviews, and user journey mapping to detect opportunities for the product roadmap.
  • Contributes to the product roadmap and business objectives & prioritizes product roadmap items.
  • Influences strategic decision-making with key stakeholders.
  • Responsible for gathering business and feature requirements, producing user stories.
  • Responsible for drawing mock-ups, low-fidelity designs, and business process management flows (BPMs).
  • Initiates ideation sessions with the design team and others.
  • Responsible for bringing a product from ideation to live.
  • Leads the agile ceremonies.
  • Demonstrates success in working with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinates with the project manager when needed on status updates on different levels.
  • Ensures timely delivery of solutions in collaboration with other team members.
  • Leads on tasks like market research, and data analysis, & follows up on product KPIs to make data-driven decisions.
  • Researches and validates amendments/improvements to existing products.
  • Responsible for customer support and customer success.
  • Responsible for product marketing.

 

Requirements:

 

Experience:

  • 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in a product management role.
  • Proven track record of handling and shipping complex products or multiple products simultaneously.

 

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strategic Vision and Planning: Ability to define product strategy and vision for complex products or multiple products. Competence in managing a complex product or multiple products with other product managers.
  • Consumer Marketing Analytics and KPIs: Knowledge of consumer marketing analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Product Discovery and Delivery: Experience in conducting product discovery and delivery processes. Skill in driving user interviews to gather insights and feedback. Ability to be creative and think outside the box to solve problems and excited to make an impact on users' lives.
  • Technical Collaboration: Experience or strong interest in working within the technology industry. Ability to work closely with developers, QA, and designers. Competence in handling product analytics and following up on product KPIs.
  • Customer Focus: Responsibility for customer support and success. Skill in product marketing and ensuring the product meets market needs.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience leading agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Ability to coordinate with project managers for status updates.
  • Requirements and Documentation: Responsibility for gathering business and feature requirements. Skill in drawing mock-ups, low-fidelity designs, and business process management flows (BPMs).

 

Education:

 

Degree or Masters' Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

 

Language:

 

Fluent in speaking, writing & reading both languages: Arabic & English.

 

Considered a plus:

 

Experience in FinTech is a plus.
