About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring meals are prepared efficiently, consistently, and to the highest health and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, prepping, and executing weekly menus.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen that meets food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Oversee inventory, including ordering and receiving ingredients, and minimizing food waste.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure meals are prepped in alignment with health-focused, macro-balanced standards.
- Step into a leadership role when needed.
