We are seeking a skilled Territory Manager to join our team in a territory manager role.
About the JobThis is a field-based position responsible for driving sales growth and expanding customer relationships in the MedTech sector.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and identify opportunities for business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop strategic plans to meet quarterly business targets and annual sales goals.
- Achieve priority sales objectives through efficient use of time and resources, while following the sales process to advance target customers along the selling cycle.
- Ensure safe and effective use of medical products during surgical operations.
- Promote Ethicon Surgery products to healthcare professionals and report sales performance to area managers.
- Provide training on company systems to healthcare professionals and expand knowledge of product lines to represent all customer segments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing education on product application and benefits.
- Manage business relationships and external/internal customer communications.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Sciences or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in the Medical Sector is beneficial.
- Understanding of key account management principles and excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to build healthy customer relations and innovative self-confident individual.
- Gulf Countries experience is highly recommended, and fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
