Administration Specialist Job Summary
At stc Kuwait, we are looking for a skilled Administration Specialist to join our team. As an Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing HR-related tasks, ensuring efficient operations, and providing excellent support to our employees.
Your Key Tasks
- Maintain and update HR systems, working closely with other departments to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Verify employee records, check documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, book flights, and arrange for accommodations.
- Enter staff information into our ERP system, issue staff IDs, and arrange for staff badges.
- Manage company insurance memberships and oversee the clearance process for departing employees.
- Provide administrative support to the unit head and facilitate communication between departments.
