About the Role

This full-time Receptionist opportunity has become available at our Kuwait City location. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the day-to-day operations of the university.

Responsibilities

  • Perform front-desk duties, greet visitors, and direct them to relevant personnel or departments.
  • Maintain accuracy in providing information and referrals to students, guests, and the public regarding university operations, departments, and programs.
  • Utilize digital telephone systems efficiently to manage incoming and intra-system calls.
  • Assist students and guests with general inquiries, referring them to the appropriate person or department when necessary.
  • Prepare and distribute various forms of written communication, including announcements, reminders, and other essential documents.

Requirements

  • Experience in a clerical administrative role or similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work accurately, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and other software applications commonly used in an office setting.
