Job Title: Front Desk Support Professional
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to fill the role of Front Desk Support Professional. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and clients, while efficiently managing front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Manage the front desk, including receiving deliveries, handling mail, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges in accordance with security protocols.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and visitor experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-service orientation and attention to detail.
