Visual Merchandising and Store Operations Leader

A visionary leader is required to oversee the daily operations of a retail store, driving sales growth while maintaining optimal customer service and visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Management: Monitor and analyze store performance on an hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly basis, achieving sales targets by optimizing store operations and reducing costs within budget limits.
  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the VM team to ensure displays meet brand standards, reviewing and updating visual displays regularly, especially for promotions or slow/fast-moving items, and maintaining a clean and well-presented sales floor at all times.
  • Stock Loss & Inventory Control: Supervise inventory levels, stock transfers, damages, and theft prevention, controlling transactions such as refunds, discounts, and promotions, ensuring readiness and accuracy during inventory audits, and meeting predefined stock loss targets.
  • Stock Management: Ensure availability of best-selling and key items, planning for adequate stock levels during special events and promotions, monitoring correct pricing and labeling of all merchandise.
  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service and set a standard for the team, train and guide staff in customer engagement, maintain a strong relationship with key customers and manage the customer database, promoting awareness of online shopping services.
  • Team Leadership: Create and manage staff schedules aligned with store traffic and business needs, delegate responsibilities and motivate staff to achieve KPIs, conduct daily briefings, in-store training, and performance evaluations, identify training needs and ensure team development through structured plans, maintain a clean, organized, and knowledgeable store environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven customer service excellence and team development.
  • Proficient in MS Office; fluent in Arabic and English.
