As a key member of our Banquet team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional events. You'll oversee the team's performance, develop training programs, manage staff, and ensure seamless event execution. Your commitment to quality standards and attention to detail will uphold Four Seasons' reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities include:
- Hiring, training, motivating, and overseeing the Banquet team to uphold Four Seasons' service standards
- Developing and maintaining training programs to ensure professionalism and consistency in service
- Scheduling and managing staff efficiently while adhering to labor costs
- Supervising the care, security, and maintenance of banquet equipment
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards in storage and operational areas
- Overseeing shift supervision, particularly for VIP and high-profile functions
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution
- Preparing payroll, gratuity reports, and banquet checks for financial processing
- Attending catering and operational meetings to stay aligned with upcoming functions
- Overseeing event setup, service execution, and last-minute adjustments as needed
- Communicating directly with event hosts to ensure their expectations are met
- Monitoring staff appearance, professionalism, and compliance with Four Seasons' quality standards
- Collaborating with purchasing, culinary, stewarding, housekeeping, and third-party vendors
- Upholding safety procedures and responding effectively to hotel emergencies

Requirements include:
- At least two years' experience in a similar role within a luxury five-star hotel in the Middle East
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
