Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the entire operation of our Rooftop Outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  2. Guest Experience: Foster high levels of guest satisfaction by interacting with guests, addressing complaints, and maintaining service standards.
  3. Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate colleagues, conduct shift briefings, and provide proper training for seamless service delivery.
  4. Financial Management: Control costs, manage budgets, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  5. Menu and Promotions: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus, specials, and promotions tailored to the outlet dining concept.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven experience in managing a high-volume outlet, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  2. Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, train, and develop a diverse team to deliver consistent service.
  3. Customer Focus: Passion for guest satisfaction and ability to handle guest complaints effectively.
  4. Financial Acumen: Skills in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management to achieve financial targets.
  5. Adaptability: Flexibility to work across multiple shifts and adapt to the dynamic needs of the operations.
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling guest interactions. Ability to communicate in Arabic and English is essential.
