Job Description:

The Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Directorate's contractual requirements and program deliverables. This individual assists the Operations Manager in identifying key priorities and collaborating with the team to determine timely data reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative and operational support to the Sr. Director and Operations Manager, ensuring all CDRL reporting requirements are met within established timelines.
  • Ensures effective communication and collaboration between various departments, fostering cooperation and teamwork to align with Directorate goals.
  • Manages logistics related to generating and tracking PRs and distribution of resources, liaising with CMW and buyers for timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitors operations to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, managing risks associated with operational activities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred and/or related experience in Community Services Operations.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in an administrative role (Medical Administration, MWR, Postal, Hotel or Billeting Operations).
  • Familiarity with U.S. Army Protocols and experience in planning, supervising, managing, and conducting overseas Administrative operations is highly desirable.
