The Job

We are seeking an experienced human resources professional to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing performance management strategies that align with our business objectives.

Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining a performance-based organization that meets current and future business needs. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure that all HR systems are enhanced, updated, and aligned with our company processes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Maintain expertise in performance management-related areas.
  • Lead the performance management cycle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Manage the administration of calculations, providing regular feedback and reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop communication plans for performance review cycles.
  • Ensure proper setting and cascading of objectives, KPIs, and scorecards.
  • Complete performance reviews as per agreed plans.
  • Finalize rating distributions according to company guidelines.
  • Support HR Leadership in strategic planning and budgeting.
  • Administer salary planning and bonus schemes, analyzing data as needed.
  • Oversee the dissemination of bonus and status change notifications.
  • Propose enhancements to performance management practices.
  • Manage initiatives to improve HR and performance management systems.
  • Ensure HR report accuracy and timeliness.
  • Verify data completeness in HR systems.
  • Automate HR processes and procedures.
  • Suggest controls for system access based on user roles.
  • Analyze benchmarking survey results to ensure competitiveness of compensation programs; provide recommendations.
  • Update compensation and benefits processes to ensure fairness and equity among employees.
  • Assess and recommend job offer compensation for new hires.
  • Process annual air travel reimbursements for eligible staff.
  • Organize periodic award ceremonies to recognize outstanding employees.
  • Suggest designs for employee recognition programs.
  • Furnish the HR Committee with accurate employee data to support their decision-making.
  • Design and generate reports for business stakeholders, including:
  • HR Employee Information
  • Employee Costing Reports
  • Employee Position and Salary History Report.
  • Rating Distribution Among Employees.
  • Status Report on Performance Management Activities.
  • Rewrite and maintain processes related to PMR.
  • Evaluate and update employee benefits and compensation to align with market standards.
