We are seeking an experienced Network and Application Support Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure management and excellent communication skills.
Job Description:
The Network and Application Support Manager will be responsible for managing network and application infrastructure, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Management: Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Application Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to applications and software.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of network and application infrastructure and technical issues.
Requirements:
- Education: University Degree in Computer/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent.
- Certifications: Certified in at least three or more of the following Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, CompTIA A+, ITIL 4 Foundation, CCNA.
- Experience: 6+ years' experience in Hardware, Software, Network and Application support services. 2+ years of experience as Field Support (Hardware/Software) in a similar project.
