Job Summary

We are seeking a B2C & B2B Customer Support Officer with 2 years of experience to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuwait City at eNet.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers through various channels in a timely and effective way, delivering quality customer experiences that ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Initiate and service customer interactions using systems and tools.
  2. Handle customer calls, emails, complaints, and inquiries with courtesy and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  3. Maintain proper communication and reporting with all departments (IT, Finance, Operation, Maintenance).
  4. Ensure accurate processing of payments and reporting of problems to the concerned department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic languages, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving performance metrics.
  • Minimum 2-year experience in customer service or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience working with ticketing and customer management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically and creatively.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to develop a good understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Maintain knowledge of all company services.
