Financial Planning and Analysis:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts that align with the company's overall objectives. Your analytical skills will be crucial in providing insights into the company's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending data-driven solutions.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

You will create and manage the company's budget, ensuring that expenses are in line with revenue. Your expertise in cost control measures will enable you to identify areas where costs can be optimized, and implement effective strategies to reduce expenses. Additionally, you will review and approve financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Financial Reporting:

As a key member of the Insure & Secure Insurance Brokerage Co.W.L.L. team, you will be responsible for preparing regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Your attention to detail and knowledge of accounting standards will ensure that financial statements are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements. You will also provide financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed and up-to-date on the company's financial performance.

Risk Management:

In this role, you will assess and manage financial risks, such as currency exchange rate fluctuations and market volatility. Your expertise in risk mitigation strategies and policies will enable you to protect the company's financial assets and ensure business continuity. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement risk management plans that align with the company's overall risk appetite.

Cash Flow Management:

You will monitor cash flow to ensure that the company has sufficient liquidity for operations. Your expertise in cash management will enable you to optimize cash reserves and investments, ensuring that returns are maximized while maintaining liquidity. Additionally, you will manage banking relationships and optimize cash management, including fund transfers and bank reconciliations.

Financial Decision Making:

As a key member of the Insure & Secure Insurance Brokerage Co.W.L.L. team, you will provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making. Your expertise in financial analysis will enable you to evaluate investment opportunities and assess their financial viability. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.

Financial Controls:

You will establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud. Your expertise in internal audits will enable you to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Additionally, you will work closely with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure that the company's financial practices are in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Banking and Treasury Management:

In this role, you will manage banking relationships and optimize cash management, including fund transfers and bank reconciliations. Your expertise in treasury management will enable you to ensure that the company's cash flow is optimized, and that returns are maximized while maintaining liquidity.

Compliance and Regulation:

You will stay updated on financial regulations and ensure that the company's financial practices are in compliance. Your expertise in regulatory requirements will enable you to work closely with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure that the company's financial practices are compliant. Additionally, you will work closely with senior management to implement compliance plans that align with regulatory requirements.

Strategic Planning:

As a key member of the Insure & Secure Insurance Brokerage Co.W.L.L. team, you will contribute to the development of the company's long-term financial and strategic plans. Your expertise in strategic planning will enable you to collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's overall objectives.

Skills Desired Profile:

We are looking for a qualified individual with a strong background in finance and accounting. The ideal candidate will have a CA/ICWA with 10+ years of progressive experience and a good knowledge of banking. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is also essential. Knowledge of Arabic and Gulf experience is a big advantage. A good command over English is also required.
