Overview

Vectrus is a leading provider of integrated services and solutions to the U.S. government and commercial customers. As a Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage all financial areas of the program, including general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, project management, cash flow management, and pricing.
  • Ensure that all financial reporting activities for the program are thoroughly and timely prepared and reviewed, and that all reports are in compliance with appropriate financial standards and company requirements.
  • Develop strategic business plans and forecasts, and monitor actual vs. budget/forecast to ensure financial statements provide a realistic view of financial position.
  • Review financial procedures and practices to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
  • Interface with internal and external auditors, and perform other financial-related duties as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance; MBA and/or CPA certificate is strongly preferred.
  • Seven (7) years' of experience in all areas of accounting and finance, with previous management experience preferred.
  • Experience in operations is preferred, and previous experience working on a DoD or BOS contracts or in support of a federal contract is required.
