Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and growing key customer accounts across modern trade, traditional trade, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Driving sales performance and delivering on revenue and volume targets.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless account delivery.
  • Identifying growth opportunities and leading negotiations, new listings, and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Leveraging your understanding of the e-commerce landscape to optimize visibility and sales across online channels.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales or key account management.
  • Some exposure to e-commerce platforms or digital retail environments.
  • A people-person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly passionate, energetic, and proactive with a can-do attitude.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
