Key Responsibilities
  1. Phone Inquiries: Answer phone calls efficiently and warmly, using guest names when possible and routing calls to proper extensions.
  2. Sales and Reservations: Capture sales for incoming calls related to room, spa, restaurant reservations, and in-room dining requests, accurately coordinating details of each reservation or request.
  3. Daily Reports: Run daily reports for department, operational departments, Sales & Marketing, General Manager, and Department Head.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum of a year experience working in a similar position in five-star luxury hotels.
  2. Languages: Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
  3. Computer Literacy: Excellent computer literacy skills.
  4. Administrative Experience: Previous administrative experience.
