About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at ERMG - Entrepreneur Restaurant Management Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and possess a strong attention to detail.

You will handle phone calls, respond to emails, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and performing other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Prepare correspondence, memos, and other documents as needed
  • Assist with special projects and events as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
