Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of social media marketing strategies across various platforms.
  2. Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  3. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build strong relationships with our online community.
  4. Maximise social commerce opportunities by creating compelling calls-to-action and measuring their effectiveness.
  5. Analyse online media trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform our strategy.
  6. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance our online presence.
  7. Design and send regular email newsletters to subscribers.
  8. Manage our customer database, ensuring it remains accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  9. Collaborate with our design team to enhance the user experience and improve website performance.
  10. Organise and coordinate press events, interviews, and other external activities.
  11. Promote our brand through video marketing initiatives.
  12. Compile reports on our online performance, including sales, positioning, reputation, and results.
  13. Identify areas for improvement in our online branding and develop strategies to address these.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Arabic language.
  • Current residence within the UAE.
  • Experience working in social media or communications.
  • Familiarity with the fashion industry, preferably in a multi-brand setting.
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
