Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, reels, stories, etc.).
Manage and grow social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their algorithms.
Excellent writing and content creation skills.
Experience with social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
