We're looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across all platforms and take M2R Group's voice and achievements to new heights.
The Social Media Manager will own the strategy, plan, content, and engagement across all social media accounts across the Group in various platforms. The role will ensure that M2R Group's digital presence is not only relevant and dynamic but also drives meaningful brand awareness and fosters genuine audience connections. This role requires a visionary with hands-on execution ability, a deep understanding of platform behaviours, and a strong eye for creative that converts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the content calendar & roadmap ensuring alignment with brand campaigns and corporate branding guidelines and business objectives.
- Lead content scheduling, publishing, and real-time engagement across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Develop and produce insightful & creative content including reels, carousels, stories, and motion graphics.
- Translate brand messages into powerful narratives that spark engagement, shares, and community growth.
- Partner with graphic designers, creative teams, video editors, and departmental managers to build and launch campaigns across the Group.
- Ensure all content reflects brand tone and maintains consistency across platforms and Group entities.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs to continuously improve performance and ROI of social media utilisation.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to establish an informed strategy and content direction.
- Champion creative experimentation while keeping audience behavior, cultural relevance, and business impact in focus.
- Represent the voice of the digital community within the organization and steer innovation in digital storytelling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in managing social media strategy and execution.
- Proven track record growing and managing brand accounts with high levels of engagement.
- Expertise in platform algorithms, audience insights, and content performance tools (e.g., Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.,).
- Demonstrate expertise in delivering corporate visuals, copywriting, and digital branding.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
