- Ensure seamless operation of health information systems and related software during regular working hours and 24/7 as needed.

- Offer additional support as instructed by senior management.
- Test system compatibility with new operating system releases to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain compliance with client policies and standards.
- Collaborate with the INFOSEC team for system audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability analysis.
- Report system issues to vendors and maintain a record of logged problems for future reference.
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or a related field is required.
- Proven experience in administering Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and SQL databases is essential.
- Certification in Microsoft System Administration and ITIL is highly desirable.
- Adequate knowledge of SQL and programming is an asset.
- Prior experience with MEDITECH HIS training and certification is preferred.
- A minimum of six years' experience supporting hospital information systems and related activities, including participation in at least one successful system implementation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor are necessary for effective communication.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in Arabic being desirable.
