About the Job

In this advanced role, you will provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services for individuals with hearing and balance disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine patients with ear, hearing or balance issues
• Assess exam results and diagnose the patient
• Determine the best course of treatment, considering patient needs and concerns
• Fitting and dispensing hearing aids
• Counseling patients and their close family members on effective listening and communication methods
• Evaluating and following up on patient conditions and recording developments
• Education on preventing hearing loss
• Researching causes and potential treatments for hearing and balance disorders
