Jumeirah, a leading luxury hospitality brand, operates an exceptional portfolio of properties across the globe. The brand is renowned for its distinguished beachfront resorts, esteemed city hotels, and luxury residences.

The hotel offers easy access to Kuwait's Central Business District, airport, and major attractions. It features 316 rooms and suites, 80 residential suites, and 12 villas, along with seven restaurants, cafés, and lounges.

Job Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Manager to join the Sales team at Jumeirah Messilah Beach. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Support sales planning, strategy, and execution to align with business objectives, ensuring all market segments are covered.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, government entities, and key stakeholders to enhance the hotel's reputation and business opportunities.
  • Performance & Compliance: Monitor team performance, ensure adherence to sales plans, and implement systems, policies, and procedures for effective selling.
  • Market & Revenue Growth: Identify new business sources, manage assigned accounts, research market trends, and adjust strategies to optimize revenue.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the hotel at trade fairs, roadshows, and events, promoting entrepreneurial selling and reinforcing the brand message.
  • Operational & Strategic Support: Oversee POP activities, assist in rate structure discussions, and execute strategic changes to meet revenue targets.
About You
  • At least 2 years in a senior sales role (essential)
  • Minimum 3 years regional/GCC experience
  • Experience in 5* luxury hotels
  • Strong relationships within the corporate segment in Kuwait
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation
