As a Results-Driven Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and fostering strategic relationships with key customers. Your main responsibilities will include sales supporting and marketing activities implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional departments such as Marketing, Service, and Sales teams to strengthen our business presence in local territories.
Main Objectives
- Support sales efforts through customer visits, document creation, solution presentations, and more.
- Deliver application consulting services and technical support to end-users in light scattering, liquid chromatography, and Mass Spectrometer areas.
- Arrange local seminars, marketing events, and solution demonstrations at customer sites.
- Develop and implement tailored business development plans based on industry trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Partner with Marketing, Service, and Sales teams to gather, analyze, and forecast local market data.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field such as chemistry, biology, or biochemistry
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in chromatography.
- Prior experience in Light Scattering, UPLC, Mass Spec, field sales, and/or marketing is beneficial.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of analytical technologies, particularly LC and MS, and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
