We are seeking highly skilled Business Continuity Experts to support our client in Kuwait. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in developing and implementing business continuity management (BCM) strategies and programs.

The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in BCM, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and certifications such as CBCI and ISO22301 Lead Implementer. Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as familiarity with BCM software, are essential for this role.

The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining and auditing the BCM program, guiding BCM exercises and training sessions, and managing awareness programs and improving BCM software procedures.

They will also participate in IT disaster recovery exercises and planning, assist in BCM-related aspects of RFPs and new projects, and enhance IT major incident management protocols.
