Job Title:
Culinary Event Manager
**Key Responsibilities:**

As a highly organized and detail-oriented Culinary Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and scheduling courses, workshops, and masterclasses. Your main focus will be on ensuring all resources, materials, and facilities are available for smooth execution. You will act as the point of contact for participants, handling inquiries, registrations, confirmations, and feedback.

Some of your key tasks will include:
  1. Course and Workshop Coordination: Plan, organize, and schedule courses and workshops to ensure seamless execution.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Handle participant inquiries, registrations, confirmations, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Marketing and Promotion Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote academy activities through various channels.
  4. Event Execution: Manage on-site logistics during academy events to ensure positive participant experiences.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  1. 1-3 years of Admin-Support experience.
  2. A Bachelor degree in food science or related field.
  3. Analytical skills with very good communication and commercial skills.
  4. A basic applied knowledge and/or interest for food ingredients and applications.
  5. Excellent communication, resilient, and result-oriented.
  6. Good planning and organizational skills.
  7. Multitasking abilities and the ability to perform under stress and meet deadlines.
  8. Analytical skills to properly manage departmental data.
  9. Strong teamwork orientation.
