Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Auditing is a critical function that ensures compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and international standards. As an HSE Auditor, you will be responsible for leading and executing internal and external audits of HSE management systems across company sites and operations.
The role involves identifying risks, evaluating controls, and recommending improvements to support a safe and sustainable workplace. This includes developing comprehensive Risk Registers and audit schedules, planning and conducting audits, and evaluating the effectiveness of HSE management systems.
You will also be responsible for identifying non-conformities, risks, and improvement opportunities, and developing clear, actionable audit findings and recommendations. In addition, you will ensure compliance with relevant local and international HSE laws, regulations, and standards.
As an HSE Auditor, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. You will also have the ability to conduct or review root cause analyses and contribute to investigations.
