Job Description
The Food Safety Officer is responsible for executing food safety audit programs and ensuring that audit plans are delivered as required. This involves supporting compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Key performance areas include conducting food safety audits following the audit plan and Gastronomica standards, using various audits and reporting tools, executing the audit plan and responding to additional audit requirements, working with outsourced audit service providers, preparing reports and dealing with inquiries, maintaining food safety audit standards, protocols, audit data, and store lists.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a thorough understanding of food safety regulations and standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have the ability to collect and analyze data, evaluate information, and draw conclusions, and be able to maintain accurate records and reports.
