We are seeking an Enterprise Architect in the Payment/Fintech Domain to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business architecture frameworks aligned with strategy and goals, driving business success through innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business applications that meet regulatory requirements and optimize workflows.
  • Design and implement business processes and capabilities, ensuring seamless alignment between business and IT objectives.
  • Lead application design and development, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and application designs, leveraging emerging technologies for business growth.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, recommending innovative business solutions that drive digital transformation.
  • Manage business architecture tools (TOGAF, ZACHMAN) to foster continuous improvement and optimization of business processes.
  • Optimize business performance through automation and digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and assess application performance, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of payment systems, gateways, regulations, fraud detection, and transaction monitoring, ensuring expertise in the Payment/Fintech domain.
  • Proven experience managing business architecture tools (TOGAF, ZACHMAN), with a focus on efficient process design and development.
  • Enterprise Architecture Certifications: TOGAF, ZACHMAN, or Certified Business Architect, demonstrating expertise in business architecture principles and practices.
  • Relevant work experience (~10-12 years) in business architecture, analysis, and related fields, with a strong track record of delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, business process management, and digital transformation, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
  • Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting; a Master's degree is preferred, indicating advanced knowledge and expertise.
