Enterprise Architect - Payment/Fintech Domain

We have an urgent requirement for an Enterprise Architect in the Payment/Fintech Domain with our client based in Kuwait.

  1. Responsibilities:
  • Design business architecture frameworks aligned with strategy and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business applications.
  • Develop business processes and capabilities, ensuring business-IT alignment.
  • Lead application design and development, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and application designs.
  • Ensure integration of business and application architectures for efficient workflows.
  • Manage business architecture tools (TOGAF, ZACHMAN) for continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, recommending innovative business solutions.
  • Optimize business processes through automation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor and assess application performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support change management efforts in business and application transformation projects.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring clear alignment of business and IT objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of payment systems, gateways, regulations, fraud detection, and transaction monitoring.
  • Experience managing business architecture tools (TOGAF, ZACHMAN).
  • Enterprise Architecture Certifications: TOGAF, ZACHMAN, or Certified Business Architect.
  • Relevant work experience (~10-12 years) in business architecture, analysis, and related fields.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, business process management, and digital transformation.
  • Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Additional certifications like CBAP, IIBA Agile Business Analyst, PCI DSS, CISSP, or FinTech are advantageous.

Key Skills & Competencies: Strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, business process design & development, regulatory compliance, communication skills, agility, and industry engagement.
