Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning and optimal performance.
- Oversee depot and outlet managers to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and objectives.
- Closely monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure all locations meet operational targets.
- Manage supplier deliveries and oversee the dispatch of goods to ensure efficient and timely distribution.
- Present reports detailing team performance against company targets.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a positive work environment and lead teams to achieve excellence in operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
- Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or retail operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.
