Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to manage all activities concerned with contracts for works and services associated with oil and gas facilities projects. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of contractual terms and conditions, commercial contract law, and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pre-Award Activities: Responsible for preparing bid invitation packages, processing bidder queries, evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and conducting award formalities.
  2. Post-Award Activities: Conducts kick-off meetings, coordinates contract submittals and correspondence, prepares variation orders, claims, and close-out documents.
Accountabilities
  1. Drafts Invitation to Tender packages for large O&G facilities projects.
  2. Reviews client contract conditions and proposes comments or alternative text/clauses as necessary.
  3. Monitors compliance with contractual terms and conditions, ensuring documentation is properly maintained.
  4. Functions as part of a negotiating team to establish contract terms and conditions.
  5. Ensures business provisions of assigned contracts are administered in compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
