Job Title: Dishwasher Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Dishwasher Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards while ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes for our chefs and servers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment
- Sort and stack clean dishes in designated areas
- Assist in the cleaning of kitchen equipment and surfaces
- Empty trash bins regularly to maintain cleanliness
- Follow proper sanitation procedures at all times

Requirements:

- No previous experience required - we will provide training
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills - English not required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
