Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen equipment and dishes. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and cooking equipment by hand or using commercial dishwashers
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and walls
  • Organize and stock clean dishes in designated areas
  • Dispose of trash and recycling according to established guidelines
  • Assist with basic food prep as needed

Requirements:
  • Fluent in English (Malayalee preferred)
  • No previous experience required
  • Must have own visa or valid work permit
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
