Job Title: Dishwasher Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Dishwasher Assistant to join our team at Jing Hau. As a Dishwasher Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen while ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes for our chefs and servers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment
* Sort and stack clean dishes in designated areas
* Assist in the cleaning of kitchen equipment and surfaces
* Empty trash bins regularly to maintain cleanliness
* Follow proper sanitation procedures at all times

Requirements:

* No previous experience required - we will provide training
* Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
* Good communication skills - English not required
* Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
