Dishwasher Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team at Jing Hau. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen while ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes for our chefs and servers.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate dishwashing equipment to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
  • Sort and stack clean dishes in designated areas to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Assist in the cleaning of kitchen equipment and surfaces to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria
  • Empty trash bins regularly to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Follow proper sanitation procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements:
  • No previous experience required - we will provide training
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills - English not required
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
