As a mid-senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to build brand awareness and drive sales in the dairy product manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing Brand Communication: Create effective brand communication that reflects the brand objectives and builds brand equity.
- Providing Brand Direction: Offer direction on developing and executing product/brand marketing programs to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Brand Strategies: Develop brand strategies based on consumer insights from research and trackers to improve brand health.
You will work closely with the marketing communications, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment of brand strategy with the corporate marketing plan. Additionally, you will coordinate with marketing support departments to develop advertising and promotional programs, pricing, positioning, and packaging.
Requirements:
- Education: MBA in Marketing preferred
- Work Experience: At least 8 full years of marketing/brand building experience in FMCG products
- Languages: English & Arabic required
- Computer Skills: MS Office
